Fabulous pair of vintage 1970s bell bottoms by designer Patty Woodard of California. Made of a brocade tapestry material with a pretty pastel floral pattern.

Flared, wide leg. High waisted. Zipper & button closure. Rayon/Cotton blend.

The tag says size 5/6. The waist on these are tiny. Would say it fits the waist like an XS. They might have been altered. Please see the measurements.
